PSMIC Annual Sales vs. Complaints


So by the looks of these financial statements- which were taken from their own website, the insurance company gets rich on profits because they fail to pay out the actual losses incurred to the consumers! That is "Insurance the way it should be" alright, as their motto states. Kurt Foley's own message states that their incurred losses decreased because of the loss prevention departments diligence to prevent or control losses. In our case they accused us of fraud by stealing our own merchandise and hiding it somewhere else. They were trying to establish a motive as to why we were making this claim. Well we were robbed! We did not fraudulanty file a police report and claim on our insurance knowing this would be a felonious crime! Well not according to PSMIC's accusations in the interrogation they submitted us to! Loss Prevention paid us only 1/4 (one quarter) of the actual total amount of our loss. But hey! - they have increased revenues and decreased losses!


We as consumers of insurance products want to let others know of the treatment that we were subjected to on behalf of Pioneer State Mutual Insurance company and its representatives.
